Delivery Service
We deliver to most addresses in the UK within 24 hours and aim to deliver within 14 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. We dispatch our Products Nationwide and work with the best and most reputable couriers services. They have extensive infrastructures and customer facilities, which enables us to give a reliable and efficient service to our customers. .
NEXT DAY Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1.00pm will be delivered next working day. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please be aware that although most orders are delivered next day, we cannot give a gaurantee for next day delivery. All orders are accepted in accordance with our standard terms and conditions- copy of which is available on request. Please note that we do not gaurantee this service and also cannot provide this service for all items as certain gifts take longer to produce - please contact us if in doubt.

Flat rate £15.00 per order or individually priced items - whichever is the cheaper rate.
Returns
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Everything you order from Pix4 is covered by a 30 day guarantee. If it doesn’t work as it should, we’ll replace it for you or we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item, which ever you prefer. All packaging must be intact and in resaleable condition. Your consumer rights remain uneffected.
